The Heritage Memory Life Community

The Heritage Memory Life Community is the first residential program in Central New York to provide affordable, dedicated memory care for those diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or dementia. The memory program here makes safety for our residents and peace of mind for their loved ones a priority. We have a fully certified staff, experienced in meeting the unique needs of the individuals who call The Heritage home. We have the knowledge, and most importantly the commitment to provide quality care. Our Memory Care program at The Heritage is person-first, building on an individual’s strengths to help them maintain a sense of independence.
